ATS Abdullah Trading Establishment Ltd. is a government-licensed overseas recruitment agency registered in Bangladesh, operating under Recruiting Licence RL-330 since 1992. Our registered office is at 197, Shahid Syed Nazrul Islam Sharani, Eastern Arzoo Complex, Level 2, Suite 8, Bijoynagar, Dhaka-1000.

We provide recruitment and deployment services connecting Bangladeshi workers with overseas employers, in accordance with the Bangladesh Overseas Employment and Migrants Act 2013 and BAIRA regulations.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including:

• Submitting a genuine enquiry about overseas manpower requirements (for employers).
• Expressing interest in overseas employment opportunities (for job seekers).
• Requesting information about our services, licence, or company.
• Browsing publicly available content for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Prohibited Use

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a binding recruitment contract. A formal agreement is established only after we have:

• Verified your information (for candidates) or your business credentials (for employers).
• Issued a written contract or Demand Letter, as applicable.

All recruitment services are provided subject to our licensing obligations, applicable government regulations, and destination-country requirements.

6. No Guarantee of Placement

While we make reasonable efforts to match candidates with suitable overseas opportunities, we do not guarantee:

• That any candidate will be selected for any specific position.
• That any employer requirement will be fulfilled within a specific timeframe.
• That visa approval, medical clearance, or other government processing will succeed.
• Specific wages, working conditions, or contract terms — these are determined by the overseas employer and destination-country regulations.

All timing estimates are indicative and depend on factors outside our control, including visa processing, medical clearances and flight availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layout, and code — is the property of ATS Abdullah Trading Establishment Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
